Having called shows that involved up to thousands of cues, I often act as a consultant with clients on show flow and script creation to ensure smooth, flawless execution of events.

My degree is in Arts Administration. My original background is in theatrical stage management, calling cues for productions and also as a production coordinator/manager for festivals and events. My expertise and background in theater lent themselves perfectly toward translating those experiences toward a career in event production and calling shows.

I work as an independent contractor, and have produced and show called for awards ceremonies at SXSW, and many private clients and artists. I have worked with Freeman A/V, ATX Events Systems. Working with these production teams, I’m often taking the lead with all production vendors & staff to execute and call shows involving teleprompters, confidence monitors, IMAG, numerous video, lighting, camera, and audio cues, as well as talent wrangling. For 13 years, I worked in many aspects of production, including 5 years as a Production Manager at ACL-Live . I also spent 12 years as an Event Stage Manager and was brought in as Performance Logistic Coordinator at the extraordinary Bass Concert Hall, with Texas Performing arts at the University of Texas in Austin.
